Our Mission
Simply Sofrito started with one thing in mind, family tradition! It is essential to maintain our culture, and what better way than through food. As a mother, I want my children to continue our culinary customs, but in a healthy way. Our products are all natural and made with fresh ingredients.
Our food contains no MSG; we only use pink Himalayan sea salt, fresh herbs, and spices for flavor. The fresh-made mayo-ketchup uses only cage-free, organic eggs.
This journey began with some harsh realities. Many of our traditional dishes, as delicious as they are, tend to have unhealthy ingredients. We wanted to make the same delicious foods without preservatives or additives. With Simply Sofrito, you can enjoy the Puerto Rican flavors, but in a healthy way!

The food is amazing. However the personalities of the owner as well as the workers is what makes this place special. Abigail is a very friendly waitress. From the first encounter I had with the owner, you can tell Mrs. Yasmin has a love for what she does, and continually puts out wholesome, flavorful, and inspiring food. The atmosphere as well as the ambiance of the restaurant is the icing on the cake of it all. Simply Sofrito has been my go to restaurant every Wednesday and I will constantly continue this streak when I can.
