Simply Sofrito started  with one thing in mind, family tradition! It is important to maintain our culture, and what better way than through food. As a mother I want my children to continue our culinary customs, but in a healthy way. Our products are all natural, made with fresh ingredients.

There is absolutely no MSG, and I only use pink Himalayan sea salt, fresh herbs and spices for flavor. The fresh made mayo-ketchup use only cage-free, organic eggs.

This journey began with some harsh realities. A lot our traditional dishes, as delicious as they are, tend to have some unhealthy ingredients. We wanted to make the same delicious foods without preservatives or additives. With Simply Sofrito, you can enjoy the island flavors, but in a healthy way!
